This Privacy Policy explains how Triggaio LLC (“Triggaio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal information in connection with Cespify (the “Service”), our field-service management platform for landscaping businesses. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Roles: Controller and Processor
For information about you as an account holder (such as your name and email), Triggaio acts as the controller. For the data you enter about your own customers and business operations (“Customer Data”), your Organization is the controller and Triggaio acts as a processor that handles that data on your behalf and under your instructions.
2. Information We Collect
Account and Organization information

- Organization details you provide at sign-up, such as company name, chosen subdomain, team size, and selected plan.
Customer Data you enter
- Records you and your team create in your workspace, including customers, properties and addresses, jobs, schedules, estimates, and invoices. This may include personal information about your own clients (names, contact details, addresses, and notes).
Usage and device information
- Technical information generated when you use the Service, such as log data, IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, used to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
3. How We Use Information

- To authenticate users and manage Organization membership and roles;
- To process subscriptions, enforce plan limits, and handle billing for paid plans;
- To send Service-related communications, and to deliver client-facing messages (such as invoices or estimates) that you initiate;
- To respond to support requests and communicate with you;
- To monitor, troubleshoot, and improve performance, and to comply with legal obligations.
4. Service Providers and Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf to run the Service, including:
- Clerk— user authentication and account management;
- Cloud hosting and database providers— to host the application and store data in a PostgreSQL database;
- Email delivery provider— to send transactional and client-facing email (from addresses such as noreply@cespify.com);
- Payment/billing provider— to process paid subscriptions;
- Chat/support widget provider— to operate the chat widget on our marketing site.
These providers are permitted to use personal information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Triggaio, our users, or others.
5. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, and to operate the Service. For details, see our Cookie Policy.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may delete your account and associated data, and Organization admins may remove Customer Data from their workspace. Upon account deletion, we remove or de-identify associated data within a commercially reasonable period, except where retention is required by law. Please export any data you wish to keep before deletion.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@cespify.com. If your personal information is held within an Organization’s workspace as Customer Data, please contact that Organization (our customer), and we will assist them as their processor.
8. Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including logical isolation of each Organization’s data, access controls, and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International Transfers

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
